Our Unique Maintenance and Repair Program

Matrix Inspections provides a new maintenance process for rental properties and family homes.

Assessments

For investment properties we provide an estimate of the potential rent, and an indication of the suitability of the property for renting, as well as immediate and long term repairs and maintenance required.

For family homes we provide an indication of the condition of the home and immediate and long term repairs and maintenance required.

Building inspections

Matrix Inspections, Inspectors will perform a detailed visual building inspection of your rental property and/or family home. This is a full inspection that includes external, underfloor, internal and roof.

While our building inspection is provided by a licensed builder it does not cover pool inspection certificates, or structure and pest certificates. These can be provided at an additional cost where required by law.

The building inspection provides you with a detailed understanding of the condition of your property for maintenance planning as well as a reference for future repairs.

Maintenance plan

Matrix Inspections, Inspector meet with you to review immediate issues requiring repair, as well as create a long-term maintenance plan of activities.

You can release any of the planned maintenance activities before minor issues become expensive repair work.

At any stage you have the ability to add extra maintenance activities for assistance and quoting by your  Matrix Inspections, Inspector

Repair management

If an issue should arise, then it is a simple process to raise a repair request online with comments and photos ready for quoting and scheduling of tradespeople.

Entry and Exit conditions reports

All Entry and Exit condition reports are provided to you for tracking in a PDF format. Matrix Inspections, Inspector will highlight any major issues identified, and work with you to update the maintenance plan as required.

Periodic inspections reports

Periodic inspections are performed quarterly and the reports are provided to you for tracking in a PDF format. Matrix Inspections, Inspector will highlight any major issues identified, and work with you to update the maintenance plan as required.
